ThriftExpert provides a digital system for cooperative societies to:

• Manage member registration
• Record savings and contributions

• Track transfers and generate reports

3. Membership & Account Responsibility

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Activities performed under your account are your responsibility.
• Notify your cooperative admin immediately of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

4. Cooperative Governance

• Each cooperative operates autonomously under its constitution or bylaws.
• ThriftExpert only provides a digital management platform and does not dictate cooperative decisions.
• Cooperative executives are responsible for approving transactions, contributions, and loans.

5. User Obligations

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity
• Share confidential cooperative data without consent
• Upload malicious or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or financial regulations

6. Transactions and Payments

• All financial transactions are processed securely via integrated payment gateways or cooperative accounts.
• ThriftExpert is not a bank and does not hold member funds.
• The platform serves as a record and facilitation tool only.

7. Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and NDPR requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThriftExpert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in cooperative records
• Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
• Financial loss arising from cooperative mismanagement or external attacks

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code of ThriftExpert remain the intellectual property of the developers and licensors. Users and cooperatives are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
